Braised Short Rib

Roasted garlic mashed potatoes, mushroom demi-glace, tomato confit

Applewood Smoked Steelhead

Pesto orzo pilaf, roasted fennel salad, lemon garlic cream sauce

Mushroom Ravioli - V

Roasted tomato relish, chives, porcini cream sauce
